Excellent Roast Recipe

You all need to check out this link to Nancy Wilson's blog where she has posted an incredibly easy roast that she calls Oxford Roast. It's absolutly amazing!

Also, if you don't have any cream soup on hand, my mom found this handy recipe for making your own.

CREAM SOUP:

1.) Blend together 2 Tablespoons oil and 3 Tablespoons flour with a whisk in a saucepan over med. heat until bubbly.
2.) Continue for 1 minute
3.) Add 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup water, and a dash of celery seed, salt, and pepper.
4.) Continue over med. heat stirring constantly until thickened.

That does sound good! I just might have to pick up a roast next week to try it out! When you brown the roast in the saucepan, do you just rotate it on all of its sides until it looks brown? lol! Sorry, I've just never "browned" a roast before.

Just as I was trying to figure out how to cook my shivering, lonely roast that's been sitting in the freezer for a week. :) This looks good, thanks for posting!
