Hard work really pays off. I wish I had taken a before picture so you could see how much better this looks! I trimmed these two rhododendrons and cut back all of the ivy that was taking over our walk way and the side of our house with big pruners. It took the whole morning, but compared to huge over grown bushes, I think this looks great! You used to not even be able to see the flower boxes under the windows! I was pretty proud of myself when it turned out as nicely as our neighbors bushes, except I didn't pay an arm and a leg to have someone do it for me!
