Muffins!

My Mom and AnnaLynn made Snicker-doodle muffins for their "Muffin Monday" and I was inspired to give it a try.

My only muffin tin

When I ordered it online, they failed to inform me that the regular size muffin pan makes mini muffins. The depth of the indentation is only 3/4 inch deep.

What a regular sized muffin wrapper looks like in comparison

Our funky little stove

I'm still getting used to having to convert recipes from fahrenheit to celsius...

Our oven rattles in such a terrible way that it sounded as if it was preparing to take off like a rocket.
This here is my homemade remedy to make it stop.
Pot + Cardboard = No Rattle...

My small messy counter

Just in case you accidentally grabbed the "American" flour, they make sure you know it's "British."
They actually don't have "American" flour, just thought it was funny to call it "British Flour"

In comparison to a tablespoon

12 miniature muffins!
(Well technically 12 - 3 = 9 miniature muffins. I had to make sure they tasted good!)
