Flowers that I saw while taking a walk

Okay, so this is a cool shot taken from behind a palm tree

Everywhere you look around Escondido you'll be sure to find cactus. It's everywhere!
People love these things! I don't understand why.
Maybe because they stay green all year round without much water.
I believe they're just trying to look lush and green when in reality everything is brown and burnt.

People use whatever this is as grass and in their flower beds like it's something pretty.
Just not a fan.
