Today while Zack was busy writing, I took a long quiet walk through the Hofgarten and Odeonsplatz. I stayed away from the busy streets and just enjoyed some quiet thinking time and captured a few iconic and traditional buildings along the way.

Feldherrnhalle. This hall was built in 1841-44 in honor of Johann Tilly and Karl Philipp von Wrede, the Bavarian field marshals after whom it is named. Their statues stand inside the loggia.
